Overview
Our client is a Large leading company in the Logistics and Maritime industry based in Jeddah, KSA. We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Investment Manager to oversee investment functions, supporting the organization's growth within the maritime and logistics sectors through robust financial evaluation and portfolio management.
Investment Analysis: Perform initial evaluations of business opportunities, including feasibility studies, market analysis, and suitability assessments for maritime and real estate projects.
Financial Modeling: Develop and review sophisticated cash-flow-based financial models to assess profitability indicators and sensitivity analysis for various investment options.
Due Diligence: Conduct comprehensive due diligence and risk assessments relating to capital management and exit strategies for covered projects.
Investment Proposals: Prepare detailed investment applications and proposals for the Board, outlining investment considerations, risks, and strategic recommendations.
Transaction Execution: Coordinate with legal and Sharia counsels to execute MoUs, Partnership Agreements, and the establishment of SPVs.
Account Management: Provide periodic monitoring and reporting on project status, communicating effectively with internal and external partners.
Leadership & Mentoring: Supervise and mentor Analysts/Assistant Analysts to ensure activities align with internal policies and professional development goals.
Education: BA in Finance or Accounting; Professional Certification (CFA, SOCPA, etc.) is a significant plus.
Experience: 5–7 years of experience in a similar scope; immediate availability or 30-day notice preferred.
Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite and ERP systems.
Languages: Full professional proficiency in both Arabic and English.
Work Schedule: 5 working days per week

Monthly Salary Package: SAR 25,000 – SAR 30,000
