    Overview

    Our client is a Large leading company in the Logistics and Maritime industry based in Jeddah, KSA. We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Investment Manager to oversee investment functions, supporting the organization's growth within the maritime and logistics sectors through robust financial evaluation and portfolio management.


    Key Responsibilities
    1. Investment Analysis: Perform initial evaluations of business opportunities, including feasibility studies, market analysis, and suitability assessments for maritime and real estate projects.

    2. Financial Modeling: Develop and review sophisticated cash-flow-based financial models to assess profitability indicators and sensitivity analysis for various investment options.

    3. Due Diligence: Conduct comprehensive due diligence and risk assessments relating to capital management and exit strategies for covered projects.

    4. Investment Proposals: Prepare detailed investment applications and proposals for the Board, outlining investment considerations, risks, and strategic recommendations.

    5. Transaction Execution: Coordinate with legal and Sharia counsels to execute MoUs, Partnership Agreements, and the establishment of SPVs.

    6. Account Management: Provide periodic monitoring and reporting on project status, communicating effectively with internal and external partners.

    7. Leadership & Mentoring: Supervise and mentor Analysts/Assistant Analysts to ensure activities align with internal policies and professional development goals.


    Job Requirements
    • Education: BA in Finance or Accounting; Professional Certification (CFA, SOCPA, etc.) is a significant plus.

    • Experience: 5–7 years of experience in a similar scope; immediate availability or 30-day notice preferred.

    • Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite and ERP systems.

    • Languages: Full professional proficiency in both Arabic and English.

    • Work Schedule: 5 working days per week

    • Candidate Location: Applications accepted from candidates inside KSA only.

    Monthly Salary Package: SAR 25,000 – SAR 30,000
