    Description: Overview Our client is a leading organization operating in the electronics and electrical appliances retail sector. They are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead the Marketing Department and drive strategic, performance-oriented marketing initiatives that support business growth, brand positioning, and market expansion within the electronics retail industry. Key Responsibilities
    1. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and retail goals.
    2. Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, and YouTube to drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and sales performance.
    3. Plan and execute showroom promotions, seasonal campaigns, and in-store marketing activities while ensuring strong brand visibility and customer engagement.
    4. Oversee POS materials, retail tools, and showroom branding standards.
    5. Supervise advertising and branding initiatives in coordination with agencies, media partners, and suppliers.
    6. Review and approve all marketing and promotional materials before release.
    7. Manage CRM and customer engagement activities across SMS, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
    8. Develop and implement customer retention, loyalty, and automation campaigns.
    9. Monitor marketing performance through data analysis, reporting, and ROI measurement.
    10. Develop dashboards and provide insights to improve campaign effectiveness and overall marketing efficiency.
    11. Lead, coach, and develop the marketing team and conduct performance evaluations.
    12. Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives.
    13. Participate in management meetings and support strategic decision-making.
    14. Ensure compliance with company policies and perform any other related duties as assigned.
    Requirements
    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Experience: Minimum of 8–12 years of experience in marketing, strictly within the electronics and electrical appliances retail sector or closely related retail industries. Candidates must have proven experience specifically in electronics retail, home appliances, or consumer electronics environments. Experience outside this sector will not be considered.
    • Skills: Strong strategic planning and execution skills. Excellent content creation and copywriting abilities. Strong analytical mindset with experience in performance marketing and reporting. Proficiency in Google Analytics and digital marketing tools. Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills. High attention to detail with strong organizational and time management abilities.
    • Languages: Good command of English language.
    Availability: Immediate or within 30 days. Compensation & Benefits
    • Salary Range: JOD 2,500 – 4,000
    • Working Schedule: 5 Days per week
