  • Description:
    Overview Our client is a leading, large-scale company operating in the Contracting industry. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Specialist to oversee our Human Capital division in Amman, Jordan. This role requires a strategic leader capable of managing complex HR systems and administrative services across both corporate offices and active project sites. Description:
    1. Maintain and update employee records using the HRIS system and ensure data accuracy.
    2. Support payroll preparation processes and monitor employee attendance records.
    3. Ensure full compliance with local labor laws and internal HR policies and procedures.
    4. Coordinate and support end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, screening, and interview scheduling.
    5. Ensure a smooth and effective onboarding process for new employees in line with internal workflows.
    6. Maintain accurate records for candidates and employees.
    7. Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies and procedures.
    8. Support internal communication initiatives and contribute to building a positive work culture.
    9. Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, training sessions, and internal events.
    10. Support performance evaluation processes, OKR tracking, and continuous feedback initiatives.
    11. Work closely with different departments to support HR-related operations across corporate offices and project sites.
    12. Ensure flexibility in handling HR operations between office and site environments as required.
    13. Candidates must have proven experience strictly within the contracting or industrial sector.
    14. Only candidates with relevant experience in construction or industrial environments will be considered.
    15. Perform any other HR-related duties as assigned by management.
    Requirements:
    • Education: B.A. in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
    • Experience: Minimum of 4–7 years in HR, strictly within the construction or industrial sector.
    • Skills: Proficiency in HRMS, advanced communication and negotiation skills, and ability to work between office and project sites.
    • Languages: Fluent in Arabic and English.
    • Location: Amman, Jordan
    • Availability: Immediate or within 30 days
    Compensation & Benefits:
    • Salary Range: JOD 700 – 900
    • Working Schedule: 6 Days per week
