    Overview Our client is a leading Large company in the Automotive industry. Operating as a prominent player in the Qatari market, they are seeking a strategic leader to spearhead their marketing initiatives and drive brand excellence across their diverse automotive portfolio.


    Core Responsibilities
    1. Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive annual marketing strategies aligned with corporate objectives, identifying market trends and customer insights to drive targeted B2B and B2C campaigns.

    2. Brand Management: Strengthen brand positioning for the group’s automotive brands (such as Ford and Lincoln) across all touchpoints, ensuring strict adherence to global brand guidelines.

    3. Digital Strategy & CRM: Oversee the digital ecosystem, including SEO, paid media, and social media, while leveraging CRM data to enhance customer retention and lead generation initiatives.

    4. Advertising & Promotion: Plan and execute integrated advertising campaigns with clear KPIs, managing promotional budgets to ensure maximum cost efficiency and ROI.

    5. Event Management: Lead high-impact product launches, showroom events, and brand activations, while managing strategic sponsorships to enhance market visibility.

    6. Sales & Dealer Support: Collaborate closely with sales and after-sales teams to develop tailored marketing programs and tools that support conversion and customer loyalty.

    7. Performance Reporting: Conduct competitive analysis and provide regular performance reports, campaign analytics, and market intelligence to senior leadership.


    Requirements & Package
    • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Business Administration (Mandatory).

    • Experience: Minimum 10 years in marketing, with 5+ years in a managerial capacity, preferably within the automotive sector.

    • Skills: Expertise in Google Analytics, CRM systems, and budget management.

    • Languages: Fluent in both Arabic and English (Required).

    • Working Days: 5 days per week.

    • Availability: Immediately or within 30 days.

    • Location/Hiring Area: Candidates must be based Inside Qatar or within the GCC.
