  Overview: Our client is a leading large-scale company in the field of Finance / Fintech. As they continue to expand their digital footprint, they are seeking a strategic Head of Operations to oversee and optimize their service delivery and risk management frameworks in Al Khobar.

  Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Underwriting & Risk: Supervise underwriting functions, highlighting credit operation risks and initiating corrective actions promptly.
  • Collections Performance: Implement and track performance of collections based on predefined risk strategies, escalating issues impacting performance to relevant stakeholders.
  • Process Re-engineering: Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to boost customer satisfaction while reducing operational costs.
  • Team Leadership: Empower, motivate, and guide the operations team to achieve goals, ensuring adequate succession planning and professional growth.
  • Operational Compliance: Design and maintain the company’s Operations Manual, ensuring all activities comply with operational guidelines and audit requirements.
  • Cross-Functional Synergy: Create and maintain communication pathways across departments to ensure processes are implemented within agreed Turnaround Times (TAT).
  • Audit & Reporting: Manage all internal and external audits related to operations, ensuring all findings are closed within the required timeframe.

  Requirements:

  • Experience: 7+ years of experience, specifically within the Fintech or Banking sectors.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. (Master’s preferred) .
  • Nationality/Regulation: Must be a Saudi National with a background in Fintech/Banking as per SAMA regulations.
  • Languages: Full professional fluency in Arabic and English.
  • Availability: Immediate joiners or those with a maximum 30-day notice period.
  • Location: Based in Al Khobar (Candidates must currently be inside Saudi Arabia).

  Compensation:

  • Monthly Package: SAR 45,000 – 50,000
