Overview
Our client is a leading Large company in the field of Automotive. We are seeking a results-oriented Brand Manager to lead our Chinese automotive brands in Doha, Qatar. This role is pivotal in driving sales growth, enhancing brand awareness, and ensuring a customer-centric showroom experience within a highly competitive market.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities

Sales Achievement: Manage the team to meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining full operational and financial responsibility for the brand.

OEM Relationship Management: Act as the primary liaison with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), managing communications, product flow, and ensuring full compliance with brand standards and audits.

Inventory & Pricing: Effectively manage the stock pipeline to ensure healthy inventory levels and implement pricing and benchmarking strategies for new and existing models.

Marketing Strategy: Develop and oversee targeted marketing activities and promotions in conjunction with the Marketing Department to increase showroom foot traffic and brand conversion.

Showroom & Team Leadership: Manage day-to-day showroom operations, providing a customer-centric environment and mentoring a multinational sales team.

Customer Satisfaction: Monitor and improve the team’s interactions with customers to meet and exceed OEM Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and Net Promoter Scores (NPS).

People Management: Identify manpower requirements, participate in recruitment, and conduct performance appraisals to build a high-performing sales function.
Qualifications & Requirements

Education: Bachelor of Arts (BA) or Degree in Business, Sales, or Engineering.

Experience: 15+ years of experience in a volume sales environment, with significant experience in a managerial capacity.

Languages: English is required; Arabic is a strong advantage.

Specific Skills: Knowledge of retail, stock clearing, pricing, and negotiating support from PEMs/OEMs.

Salary Range: Attractive Market Rate.
