Overview
Our client is a leading, large-scale company in the Automotive industry based in Doha, Qatar. Known for excellence and a dominant market presence, they are seeking a strategic and analytical leader to drive their planning and inventory operations. The position will report to the General Manager.
Core Responsibilities

Annual Sales Forecasting: Lead the development and execution of annual sales orders and long-term procurement strategies to align with market demand.

Inventory Lifecycle Management: Oversee "on-ground" and "on-shipment" stock levels to ensure optimal turnover and prevent aging inventory.

Market Benchmarking: Conduct continuous analysis of competitor pricing, models, and accessory offerings to maintain a competitive edge in the Qatari market.

Supply Chain Coordination: Manage the end-to-end ordering process with international manufacturers, ensuring timely arrival of shipments and model availability.

Pricing & Strategy: Develop pricing structures for various vehicle brands and accessories based on analytical data and market trends.

Analytical Reporting: Utilize advanced data modeling to provide the General Manager with actionable insights regarding stock health and sales performance.

Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the planning department, ensuring high operational standards across a 6-day work week.
Minimum Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s Degree (BA) in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.

Languages: Native-level English; Arabic is a significant advantage.

Status: Candidates must be based in Qatar or within the GCC.
Availability: Immediate joiners or those with a 30-day notice period are preferred.
