Overview
Our client is a large, market-leading organization within the Healthcare sector, currently seeking a seasoned Financial Controller to join their leadership team in Riyadh, KSA. This role is pivotal in maintaining financial integrity, optimizing operational efficiency, and driving strategic growth through robust financial oversight.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Financial Planning: Lead comprehensive budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning initiatives to support organizational objectives.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure full adherence to KSA regulations, including ZATCA requirements, Tax, and VAT compliance.
Financial Reporting & IFRS: Oversee accurate financial reporting, ensuring strict compliance with IFRS standards (specifically IFRS 15, 16, 9, and IAS requirements).
Cash & Treasury Management: Manage daily cash reconciliations, liquidity planning, and treasury operations to optimize working capital.
Systems & ERP Management: Serve as the primary custodian for the Oracle ERP system, ensuring data integrity and system optimization for financial processes.
Audit & Policy Formulation: Lead statutory and internal audit communications and proactively formulate financial policies and internal controls.
Team Leadership: Direct and mentor the finance department, fostering a high-performance culture focused on problem-solving, deadline adherence, and professional development.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or CMA certification is highly preferred.
Experience: 15+ years of progressive financial management experience in large-scale operations.
Languages: Fully bilingual (Arabic and English) is mandatory.
Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint; extensive hands-on experience with Oracle ERP.
Soft Skills: Proven leadership and team management capabilities; ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and lead complex problem-solving initiatives.
Flexibility: Willingness to travel or relocate within the Kingdom as required.
Employment Terms
Working Days: 5 days per week.
Joining Time: Immediate or 30-day notice period preferred.
