    Overview Our client is a leading services group operating across hospitality, facilities management, catering, and events. They have successfully delivered large-scale projects across key development zones in Saudi Arabia and are currently expanding their catering operations across the Western Region and Riyadh. They are seeking a driven and experienced Business Development Manager to support growth and expansion within the catering division. Description:
    1. Develop and implement a clear sales and growth strategy for catering services across the Saudi market.
    2. Identify and secure new business opportunities across corporate, governmental, industrial, event, and remote-site clients.
    3. Lead the full sales cycle including prospecting, solution design, proposal development, negotiation, and closing.
    4. Build tailored and commercially viable catering solutions in collaboration with culinary and operations teams.
    5. Establish and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and business growth.
    6. Drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
    7. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
    8. Represent the company in client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
    9. Achieve and exceed sales targets and contribute to overall business expansion plans.
    10. Ensure alignment between client expectations and operational delivery standards.
    Requirements:
    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
    • Experience: Minimum of 5–8 years of experience in business development, sales, or key account management within catering, F&B, hospitality, or contract food services.
    • Skills: Strong understanding of catering operations and service delivery models. Proven track record in winning and managing catering or F&B contracts. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
    • Market Knowledge: Saudi market experience is strongly preferred; existing client network is a plus.
    • Location:Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
    • Availability: Immediate or within 30 days.
