►Responsibilities
•Lead and drive sales strategy for HVAC duct systems, duct accessories, dampers, louvers, and air distribution products.
•Manage and expand relationships with key clients including contractors, consultants, and MEP firms to secure new business opportunities.
•Oversee the full sales cycle from lead generation and project identification to proposal submission, negotiation, and closing.
•Develop and monitor sales targets, forecasts, and performance metrics to ensure revenue growth and market expansion.
•Collaborate with engineering, estimation, and production teams to ensure technical compliance, competitive pricing, and timely delivery.
•Mentor and guide the sales team, providing direction on client engagement, technical selling, and account management.
•Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and project pipelines to identify strategic opportunities.
Qualifications
•Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related engineering field.
•10+ years of experience in sales within duct manufacturing, HVAC, MEP, or air distribution systems.
•Arab nationals preferred.
•Strong expertise in HVAC duct fabrication, duct accessories, dampers, louvers, and air terminal products.
•Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key accounts in construction or infrastructure projects.
•Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and BOQs with strong commercial acumen.
•Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
