• Description:

  As a data-driven Commercial Product Manager, you will lead the performance, positioning, and growth of our credit card products. You will own the full commercial lifecycle—from pricing and portfolio management to revenue optimization and strategic partnerships—while ensuring compliance with banking regulations and risk policies.

  Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • P&L Ownership: Manage the P&L for credit card products, including pricing models, revenue targets, and profitability optimization.
  • Commercial Strategy: Develop and manage pricing strategies, rewards programs, cashback offers, annual fees, and partner incentives.
  • Market Positioning: Define product positioning, value propositions, and customer segmentation strategies to maximize market share and profitability.
  • Portfolio Management: Manage the lifecycle of card products, including feature enhancements, new issuances, and risk-adjusted portfolio optimization.
  • Growth & Retention: Collaborate with Marketing and CRM teams to drive acquisition campaigns, cross-sell opportunities, and retention strategies.
  • Performance Analytics: Track and analyze key metrics such as ARPU, activation rate, retention, delinquency, churn, and portfolio risk.
  • Compliance & Governance: Ensure all products and features comply with SAMA banking regulations, risk policies, and internal control processes.

  Job Specifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, computer science, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
  • Experience: 10+ years in product or commercial roles within fintech, banking, or consumer tech.
  • Nationality & Regulation: Must be a background in fintech/banking as per SAMA regulations.
  • Languages: Fluency in Arabic and English.
  • Location: Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia.
  • Salary Package: 25,000 – 35,000 SAR monthly.
  • Joining Time: 30 days (Candidates must be inside Saudi Arabia).
