Overview Our client is a leading Large company in the Entertainment industry. This high-impact, high-trust strategic role is responsible for enabling the CFO to execute the company’s transformation agenda across finance, strategy, governance, and cross-business initiatives. The PMO acts as the operational brain and execution engine of the CFO Office, ensuring all projects and deliverables are professionally structured and closed.
PMO Leadership: Own and manage the CFO Master Initiative Portfolio, including Finance Transformation, ERP, and IPO readiness, while building master project roadmaps and milestone trackers.
Strategic Governance: Attend all CFO and Steering Committee meetings to produce executive-quality minutes and convert discussions into actionable project tasks with 100% closure discipline.
Stakeholder Coordination: Follow up with stakeholders across Finance, Legal, HR, and Commercial departments on behalf of the CFO to proactively escalate risks and delays.
Documentation Excellence: Build and refine high-level Board decks, Steering Committee packs, and KPI dashboards with a focus on executive storytelling and visual clarity.
Financial Tracking: Develop and maintain advanced Excel trackers for budget monitoring, initiative impact, cost savings, and resource allocation.
Tool Management: Oversee and manage the CFO Office digital ecosystem using tools such as Monday, ClickUp, and Power BI to ensure all initiatives are digitally tracked.
Executive Strategy: Manage the CFO’s calendar and priorities strategically, ensuring no execution blind spots and that all commitments are met.
Confidentiality: Handle sensitive board, financial, and legal matters with absolute discretion, acting as a trusted extension of the CFO.
Education: BA in a related field; PMP Certification and a background in a consulting firm are highly preferred.
Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in PMO, Strategy, or CFO/CEO office environments.
Skills: Proficiency in Project Management tools (Monday, ClickUp) and Power BI is mandatory.
Languages: Fluent in English.
Working Days: 5 Days per week.
Joining Time: Immediate or 30 days preferred.
