    Key Responsibilities
    • Strategic Business Development: Identify and pursue new opportunities, including government tenders, enterprise accounts, and strategic partnerships.
    • Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers across target sectors.
    • Procurement Leadership: Lead and coordinate high-level responses to RFPs and complex government procurement processes.
    • Commercial Strategy: Own revenue targets, develop pricing strategies, and manage the health and conversion of the sales pipeline.
    • Product & Market Alignment: Ensure the product roadmap is driven by market demand and collaborate with technical teams to create compelling commercial propositions.
    • Partnerships & Alliances: Formalize and manage partnerships with technology vendors, system integrators, and channel partners to grow recurring revenue.
    • Performance Reporting: Prepare comprehensive commercial plans and report regular performance metrics directly to the General Manager.
    Requirements
    • Experience: 10+ years of experience in business development or commercial leadership within the technology sector.
    • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in winning enterprise or government contracts specifically in Jordan.
    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
    • Languages: Full fluency in Arabic and English with excellent presentation skills in both.
    • Technical Skills: Strong commercial acumen (pricing models, contract negotiation) and proficiency in CRM tools.

    • Location: Amman, Jordan.
    • Working Days: 5 Days per week.
    • Preferred Joining Time: 30 days.
    • Salary: Up to 3,000 JOD per month.
