Our client is a leading Large company in the field of the Manufacturing industry . They are seeking a highly analytical and experienced FP&A Manager to join their finance team in Dammam, KSA. Reporting directly to the CFO, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving financial performance, multi-entity consolidation, and strategic decision-making across the organization.
Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the annual budgeting process across business units and prepare rolling forecasts paired with detailed variance analysis .
Monthly Financial Reporting: Deliver accurate and timely monthly financial reporting at both the business unit and consolidated levels to senior management .
Multi-Entity Consolidation: Manage and oversee financial reporting across multiple entities, ensuring structural consistency and proper consolidation .
Financial Analysis & Business Partnering: Partner closely with business unit leaders to monitor operational efficiency, control costs, and drive overall profitability .
Feasibility Studies: Lead financial feasibility studies, capital project evaluations, and ROI/IRR assessments for new expansions and strategic investments .
Systems Optimization: Utilize SAP ERP to drive automation, improve reporting dashboards, and guarantee data integrity across financial systems .
Compliance & Governance: Ensure all financial reporting rigorously adheres to IFRS standards while effectively coordinating and supporting external audit processes
Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (BA) in Finance or Accounting . A CMA certification is highly preferred
Experience: 10+ years of corporate finance or FP&A experience , with a mandatory background of serving in a similar role within a manufacturing company .
Core Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with SAP ERP, budgeting, advanced financial reporting, consolidation, and feasibility studies
Languages: Full professional proficiency in both Arabic and English
Hiring Parameters: Candidates must currently reside inside Saudi Arabia (local transfer)
