  Overview
  Our client is a leading Mega-sized company in the Retail Industry with a strong market presence across Saudi Arabia. They are seeking an experienced Internal Audit Manager to lead and enhance the organization's internal audit function, ensuring robust governance, risk management, and compliance practices across all business operations. Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement the annual risk-based internal audit plan.
  2. Lead and manage internal audit engagements across retail operations, finance, supply chain, and support functions.
  3. Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls, governance, and risk management frameworks.
  4. Present audit findings and recommendations to the Audit Committee and senior management.
  5. Monitor the implementation of corrective actions and follow up on audit observations.
  6. Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
  7. Manage, coach, and develop the internal audit team to achieve departmental objectives.

  Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • CIA qualification is highly preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, including experience in a similar managerial role.
  • Strong preference for candidates from Retail, FMCG, Hypermarket, or related sectors.
  • Proven leadership experience and ability to manage and develop teams.
  • Fluent in both Arabic and English.
  • Candidates must currently reside in Saudi Arabia.
