    Overview Our client is a leading hospitality and resort organization seeking an experienced Marketing Supervisor to lead and oversee marketing, public relations, customer experience, and corporate communications activities. This role is responsible for enhancing brand awareness, strengthening the organization's market presence, improving customer satisfaction, and supporting the achievement of strategic business objectives through innovative marketing and communication initiatives.

    Description

    Strategic Planning & Marketing Leadership
    • Develop and implement marketing and communication strategies aligned with the resort’s strategic and operational objectives.
    • Prepare annual marketing plans, define priorities, and oversee the execution of key marketing initiatives and campaigns.
    • Identify target customer segments and develop effective marketing approaches to maximize market reach and return on investment.
    • Lead the development of value propositions for the resort’s services and experiences.
    Brand Management & Corporate Identity
    • Lead the development and enhancement of the resort’s brand identity and ensure consistency across all communication channels and marketing materials.
    • Protect and strengthen the resort’s image and reputation in local and regional markets.
    • Review and approve marketing and promotional materials to ensure alignment with brand guidelines.
    Marketing Campaigns & Digital Marketing
    • Supervise the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, traditional advertising, and public relations activities.
    • Monitor and analyze campaign performance and implement continuous improvements to optimize results.
    • Develop innovative initiatives to increase visitor traffic, reservations, customer engagement, and revenue generation.
    Public Relations & Media Management
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, strategic partners, influencers, and external stakeholders.
    • Manage public relations activities, media communications, and reputation management initiatives.
    • Support crisis communication efforts and contribute to the development of effective response plans to protect the organization’s reputation.
    Customer Experience Management
    • Oversee customer experience initiatives across all touchpoints.
    • Monitor customer satisfaction indicators and ensure critical customer issues are resolved effectively.
    • Transform customer feedback into actionable improvement initiatives that enhance service quality and customer loyalty.
    Events & Activities Management
    • Plan and supervise events, promotional activities, and marketing activations that support the resort’s branding and business objectives.
    • Monitor event execution quality and evaluate the marketing impact of each initiative.
    Team Leadership & Performance Management
    • Lead, coach, and develop the marketing, customer service, public relations, and events teams.
    • Define roles, responsibilities, and KPIs for team members.
    • Conduct performance evaluations and support continuous professional development.
    Budget & Resource Management
    • Manage marketing budgets, monitor expenditures, evaluate campaign ROI, and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
    • Make informed budget allocation decisions based on campaign performance and business priorities.
    Partnerships & Business Development
    • Develop strategic partnerships with tourism organizations, corporate entities, influencers, and other stakeholders.
    • Identify new marketing opportunities to expand brand visibility and business growth.
    Governance & Compliance
    • Ensure compliance with internal policies, brand standards, and relevant marketing and communication regulations.
    • Represent the organization at industry events, official meetings, and public engagements as required.
    • Perform any other related duties as assigned by management.

    Requirements

    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, Media, or a related field.
    • Experience: Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or Customer Experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
    • Technical Training: Training in Digital Marketing, Event Management, Public Relations, or Crisis Communication is highly desirable.
    • Skills: Strong strategic planning, brand management, communication, stakeholder management, customer engagement, and problem-solving skills.
    • Technical Skills: Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, campaign analytics, event management, content development, and customer satisfaction measurement tools.
    • Leadership Competencies: Excellent leadership, coaching, team development, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
    • Languages: Fluent in Arabic and English.
    • Location: Airport Road, South of Amman, Jordan.
    • Availability: Immediate or 30-day joining preferred.

    Compensation & Benefits

    • Salary Range: JOD 1,300 – 1,800 Monthly Package.
    • Working Schedule: As per company policy.
