►Responsibilities
•Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of high-end civil engineering projects across contracting and consulting environments.
•Oversee project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, quality standards, and contractual obligations from initiation to handover.
•Manage coordination between clients, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, authorities, and internal project teams.
•Provide strategic direction on complex construction challenges, design coordination, value engineering, and risk mitigation.
•Ensure compliance with project specifications, engineering standards, safety requirements, and regulatory approvals.
•Lead contract administration, claims management, variation reviews, progress reporting, and commercial decision-making.
•Mentor project teams and drive high-performance delivery across multidisciplinary engineering and construction functions.
►Qualifications
•Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline; professional certifications such as PMP are preferred.
•15+ years of project management experience in civil engineering, contracting, and consulting environments.
•Proven track record delivering high-end projects such as luxury developments, landmark buildings, hospitality, mixed-use, or premium infrastructure projects.
•Strong expertise in construction methodologies, project controls, contract management, cost control, procurement, and stakeholder management.
•Deep understanding of FIDIC contracts, authority approvals, claims, variations, and consultant-contractor coordination.
•Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and decision-making skills with the ability to manage executive-level stakeholders.
•Proficiency in project management tools such as Primavera P6, MS Project, AutoCAD, and relevant construction management platforms.
