‣Responsibilities
•Monitor and control the system in a 24/7 control room environment to ensure required quantity and quality delivery.
•Operate SCADA and related technical systems to analyze operational data, identify malfunctions, and support timely corrective actions.
•Remotely control operations to optimize pumping costs while maintaining operational safety and service continuity.
•Initiate and follow up on work orders through CMMS when system abnormalities or equipment issues are detected.
•Coordinate with on-call staff, site teams, engineers, laboratory personnel, management, and external stakeholders during operational events.
•Maintain accurate production reports, operating records, SCADA data, and computerized system updates.
•Support after-hours communication, emergency coordination, and site travel between cities as required.
‣Qualifications
•Intermediate education level with relevant experience in water operations, electro-mechanical systems, SCADA, or water treatment.
•Good computer skills, including experience with SCADA, CMMS, Microsoft Office applications, email, and operational reporting tools.
•Ability to work independently during shifts while collaborating effectively with operations, maintenance, technical, QHSE, and security teams.
•Strong attention to detail with the ability to analyze system data, detect operational deviations, and respond calmly to malfunctions.
•Understanding of QA/QC, health, safety, and environmental procedures applicable to water conveyance operations.
•Ability to communicate professionally in both Arabic and English.
•Valid driving license and flexibility to work shifts, rotating locations, and extended hours based on operational needs.
