Our client is a leading Large company in the field of Healthcare and Medical Equipment. We are seeking a highly analytical and experienced Chief Accountant specialized in Costing to oversee our financial operations in Amman. Reporting directly to the Finance Director, the successful candidate will manage the costing systems, inventory controls, and financial reporting for a high-SKU environment.

Cost Accounting & Variance Analysis: Develop, implement, and maintain cost accounting systems; analyze manufacturing/operational costs and prepare monthly variance reports (standard vs. actual costs).

Inventory Management: Oversee and reconcile inventory across multiple locations, managing high-SKU counts and identifying slow-moving or obsolete stock.

Financial Reporting: Supervise the preparation of accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with IFRS.

Audit & Compliance: Coordinate internal and external audit processes, ensuring full compliance with Jordanian tax laws and statutory requirements.

Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist the Finance Director in preparing annual budgets, cost forecasts, and financial projections.

ERP Optimization: Utilize Oracle ERP to streamline costing processes, improve data integrity, and generate actionable financial insights.

Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and review the day-to-day activities of the accounting team to ensure operational efficiency.
