We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Ledger (GL) Supervisor to oversee our accounting operations and ensure the accuracy and integrity of our financial records. Operating on a 5-day work week, this role offers an immediate or 30-day start for qualified candidates applying from inside or outside Jordan.

Financial Ledger Oversight: Oversee and maintain the accuracy of the General Ledger, ensuring all journal entries, adjustments, and reconciliations are completed accurately and on time.

Month-End & Year-End Closing: Lead and streamline the monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial closing processes in coordination with the finance team.

Fixed Assets & Balance Sheet Management: Monitor fixed asset accounting, depreciation schedules, and perform rigorous reviews of balance sheet reconciliations.

ERP System Utilization: Leverage Oracle (or similar large-scale ERP systems) to optimize financial reporting, data integrity, and workflow efficiency.

Intercompany Reconciliations: Manage and reconcile complex intercompany transactions and balances across the organization's large-scale operations.

Audit & Compliance Support: Prepare necessary schedules, documentation, and reports to support internal and external auditors during annual and periodic reviews.

Team & Process Supervision: Support the Chief Accountant in supervising junior accounting staff, ensuring compliance with IFRS and internal financial controls.
