    Our client is a pioneering U.S.-based Islamic wealth management and registered investment advisory firm managing several billion dollars in assets on behalf of individuals, families, retirement plans, charitable organizations, and institutions.
    The firm combines fiduciary excellence, stewardship, ethical investing, and faith-based principles to help clients preserve, grow, and transfer wealth responsibly across generations. Rather than viewing wealth as something to be owned, the firm believes wealth is entrusted to our care and should be managed with integrity, wisdom, and long-term responsibility.
    As part of its international expansion, the firm is establishing a strategic Operations and Client Service Center in Amman, Jordan, that will become a critical extension of its U.S. wealth management platform.
    Position Summary
    The Managing Director will serve as the senior executive responsible for establishing, leading, and scaling the Jordan Operations Center.
    This is considerably more than a traditional office management role. The successful candidate will build an enduring institution that supports one of the leading Islamic wealth management firms in the United States. The Managing Director will be responsible for developing the people, culture, operational infrastructure, and leadership capacity necessary to support a world-class client service organization.
    Operating primarily during U.S. Eastern business hours, the Managing Director will work closely with the firm’s executive leadership in the United States to ensure seamless collaboration, operational excellence, and exceptional service delivery.
    The successful candidate will possess strong financial services expertise, exceptional leadership abilities, excellent English communication skills, and a passion for building high-performing organizations founded on integrity, stewardship, accountability, and continuous improvement.
    The ultimate objective is to institutionalize a culture of stewardship in which every client interaction, operational process, and employee reflects the firm’s commitment to excellence, fiduciary responsibility, and service.
    Core Responsibilities
    1. Country Leadership & Institutional Development
    * Launch, establish, and lead the Jordan Operations Center.
    * Build a scalable operational infrastructure capable of supporting the firm’s long-term international growth.
    * Establish the Jordan office as a trusted and indispensable extension of the U.S. organization.
    * Ensure full compliance with Jordanian labor laws, employment regulations, corporate governance requirements, and government registrations.
    * Manage local vendors, service providers, and regulatory relationships.
    2. Talent Acquisition, Leadership & Culture
    * Recruit, hire, develop, mentor, and retain exceptional professionals.
    * Build a disciplined, highly engaged, mission-driven client service organization.
    * Develop future leaders through coaching, succession planning, and professional development.
    * Foster a culture built upon stewardship, trust, accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
    * Establish performance management systems that encourage ownership and excellence.
    3. Wealth Management Operations & Client Service Excellence
    * Provide executive oversight of wealth management support operations, including client onboarding, account administration, custodial coordination, financial planning support, and investment operations.
    * Ensure operational accuracy, responsiveness, confidentiality, and exceptional client service.
    * Build systems that consistently exceed U.S. wealth management service standards.
    * Develop proactive client follow-up procedures that strengthen long-term client relationships.
