Our client is a leading large-scale project company in the field of contracting and construction. We are seeking a highly seasoned and strategic Finance Manager to oversee financial operations for major infrastructure and construction developments out of our Muscat office.

Project Financial Control: Oversee project cost controls, cash flow forecasting, and budget variance analyses specifically tailored for large-scale construction milestones.

Strategic Reporting: Prepare and present comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements directly to the GM and Group CFO.

GCC Compliance & Treasury: Ensure complete adherence to Oman and wider GCC financial regulations, tax requirements, and standard IFRS accounting practices.

Working Capital Management: Manage liquidity, cash flow allocation, and coordinate closely with commercial teams on subcontractor payments and client invoicing.

Banking & Financial Relations: Maintain and manage corporate banking relationships to secure project financing, performance bonds, and letters of credit.

Risk Management & Internal Audit: Implement stringent internal control systems to mitigate financial risks across active project sites.

Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the local finance and accounting team to optimize daily transactional workflows.
