Our client is a leading large-scale company in the field of Beverage Manufacturing, recognized for its strong market presence, operational excellence, and commitment to quality across the FMCG sector. They are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Senior Manager / Director to lead and optimize the end-to-end supply chain function, ensuring efficient planning, procurement, production support, warehousing, inventory management, and distribution while driving continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, including planning, procurement, warehousing, logistics, and distribution.
- Develop supply chain strategies that improve service levels, reduce costs, and optimize inventory performance.
- Manage demand planning and S&OP processes to ensure alignment between sales forecasts, production, and supply capabilities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, logistics providers, and key internal stakeholders.
- Monitor supply chain KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the supply chain team while promoting a high-performance culture.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and Saudi regulatory requirements.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (BA) or equivalent.
- Minimum 15 years of progressive supply chain experience within FMCG manufacturing, with significant experience in beverage manufacturing preferred.
- Previous experience as a Supply Chain Manager, Senior Manager, or Director in a manufacturing FMCG company is essential.
- Previous work experience in Saudi Arabia is considered a strong advantage.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
- Able to join immediately or within 30 days.
