    Our client is a leading Medium company in the field of Money Exchange. They are seeking a highly accomplished executive to direct their established operations, champion business development initiatives, and scale their footprint across the region.

    Key Responsibilities

    The General Manager will report directly to the Group CEO and oversee the following seven core tasks:

    1. Strategic Leadership & Operations: Manage and oversee the entire day-to-day operations, providing concise guidelines and instructions across all corporate departments.

    2. Business Growth & Market Strategy: Formulate and execute bi-annual and annual business projections, state annual budgets, and explore expansion opportunities to grow the business and customer base.

    3. Competitive Edge & Performance Tracking: Evaluate performance targets for branches, analyze monthly financial data, and routinely evaluate market competitors to keep the company ahead of the competition.

    4. Stakeholder & B2B Relationship Management: Maintain relationships with key representatives of corporate accounts, partnership firms, and financial institutions to capture large-scale exchange and money transfer opportunities.

    5. Team Development & Succession Planning: Collaborate with Human Resources to design incentive plans, manage performance appraisals, review organizational structures, and implement a strong pipeline for succession planning.

    6. Brand & Customer Experience Improvement: Supervise and review client feedback metrics alongside branch leadership to implement strategies targeting the highest standard of customer satisfaction and corporate reputation.

    7. Mentorship & Communication Culture: Foster a coaching environment to drive high utilization of man-hours and communicate organizational goals effectively to all staff members.

    Candidate Profile & Requirements

    • Location: Doha, Qatar (Candidates accepted from inside or outside the country).

    • Minimum Experience: 15+ years of relevant experience.

    • Minimum Education: BA in Finance or Accounting.

    • Languages: Professional proficiency in both Arabic and English.

    • Specific Skills: Previous experience holding a similar position; deep exposure within GCC countries is a good plus . Must have specific industry expertise within Exchange Houses, Gold / Precious Metals, and leading a Digital App Launch.

    • Schedule: 5 working days per week.

    • Joining Time: Immediately or within 30 days.
