  Our client is a prominent, fast-growing Agriculture & Food Production company specializing in organic date cultivation and processing. Operating state-of-the-art farming operations across thousands of hectares and exporting to over 20 global markets, they are an industry leader in agricultural innovation, sustainability, and quality. We are seeking an experienced and visionary General Manager to oversee overall business operations, drive commercial expansion, streamline production, and lead a multi-disciplinary team toward sustainable long-term growth.

  Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute growth strategies across domestic retail, wholesale, and international export channels.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee end-to-end operations—from farm management and supply chain logistics to processing and product distribution.
  • Commercial & Business Development: Expand market share and spearhead product portfolio growth (e.g., value-added date products, retail expansion).
  • R&D & Sustainability: Drive the adoption of advanced agricultural technology, organic certification standards, and sustainable resource management.
  • Financial & Team Governance: Lead P&L management, optimize operational budgets, and foster a high-performance work culture across multi-site facilities.

  Key Qualifications

  • Experience: 10+ years of senior executive management experience in Agribusiness, Food & Beverage Manufacturing, or Large-Scale Agriculture.
  • Industry Expertise: Proven track record in P&L ownership, international supply chain/exports, and operational scaling.
  • Leadership: Strong team-building capability with experience managing multi-site operational and commercial teams.
  • Location/Mobility: Based in or willing to relocate to Saudi Arabia.
