    ‣Key Responsibilities
    •Contract Management — Manage and administer contracts across multiple large-scale project sites, ensuring all contractual terms, obligations, and deliverables are met.
    •Contractual Correspondence — Draft, review, and respond to formal contractual communications to protect the company's position and ensure accurate, timely communication.
    •Risk Management — Identify risks in contracts and project execution, develop mitigation strategies, and advise proactively to reduce exposure to claims or disputes.
    •Claims & Variations — Oversee the preparation and negotiation of claims, variations, and time extension requests, ensuring submissions are well-supported and aligned with contractual rights.
    •Contractual Compliance — Ensure project operations comply with contract terms, local regulations, and internal policies, including obtaining client and authority approvals where required.
    •Dispute Resolution — Manage and resolve disputes through negotiation, mediation, or formal mechanisms to avoid costly escalation.
    •Stakeholder Coordination — Work closely with internal teams, subcontractors, consultants, and clients to align on commercial and contractual matters.
    •Team Leadership — Guide and support contract administrators and commercial staff across project sites, encouraging best practice and continuous improvement.
    •Cost-Plus Contracts — Administer Cost-Plus contracts, including cost tracking, payment mechanisms, and transparency in reimbursable works. Highly desirable.
    •Experience Required — Contracting company background, previous experience in Qatar, and proven experience on road infrastructure and utilities projects.
    ‣Qualifications & Experience
    •Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
    •Chartered membership or equivalent professional certification (MRICS, MCIOB, CIArb) highly preferred.
    •Minimum 15 years' experience in contracts and commercial management, ideally on multi-site, large-scale infrastructure projects.
    •Hands-on experience with major roads, infrastructure, and drainage projects is essential.
    •Experience with the Public Works Authority (PWA / Ashghal) is a strong advantage.
    •Solid understanding of Cost-Plus, Lump Sum, and other common construction contract types.
    ‣Skills & Attributes
    •Excellent negotiation and communication skills, verbal and written.
    •Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving capability.
    •In-depth knowledge of construction laws, industry standards, and best practices in Qatar.
    •Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    •Strong leadership qualities with a collaborative, solution-oriented approach.
