    ►Responsibilities
    •Develop and manage business relationships with government ministries, public authorities, banks, and private-sector employers to generate corporate training revenue.
    •Identify decision-makers, secure face-to-face meetings, and deliver sales presentations positioning accredited training and development programmes.
    •Maintain vendor registration and prequalification status on government procurement portals, and track, prepare, and submit tenders and RFPs before deadline.
    •Draft commercial proposals and formal client correspondence in Arabic and English, coordinating scoping, pricing, and trainer availability internally.
    •Plan and execute marketing campaigns promoting the annual programme calendar across LinkedIn, email, and sector events, and represent the organisation at HR forums and exhibitions.
    •Serve as the client's point of contact from enquiry through delivery — handling scheduling, logistics, attendance, certification, and post-programme feedback — and convert delivered programmes into renewals and references.
    •Maintain a complete CRM pipeline, submit weekly and monthly performance reports against targets, and follow up on invoicing and collections.
    ►Qualifications
    •Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
    •3–5 years of business development, corporate sales, or key account management experience in Oman; exceptional fresh graduates with demonstrated initiative will also be considered.
    •Established network among HR and L&D decision-makers in Omani ministries, banks, or large employers, with a quantified record of closed business (experienced applicants).
    •Practical understanding of Omani government procurement — tender portals, prequalification, and bid submission.
    •Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, LinkedIn lead generation, and digital campaign tools; willingness to adopt AI-assisted productivity tools.
    •Excellent negotiation, presentation, organisational, and cross-functional coordination skills, with the resilience to work to revenue targets.
    •Fluent Arabic and English — written and spoken. Written Arabic to formal correspondence standard is essential.
    •Valid Omani driving licence.
