Our client is a prominent, medium-sized Asset Management firm specializing in comprehensive investment strategies, including Real Estate, Equity Investments, Fixed Income, Alternatives, Wealth Management, and Arrangement & Advisory services. Positioned for strategic execution across asset classes and corporate advisory mandates, the firm is seeking an experienced, high-caliber Senior Analyst to deliver advanced financial modeling, robust investment due diligence, and high-level analytical support directly to the CEO. Key Responsibilities
- Financial Modelling & Valuation: Construct and maintain complex financial models (DCF, LBO, Multiples) and execute accurate valuations across various investment opportunities.
- Investment Due Diligence: Conduct end-to-end quantitative and qualitative due diligence, financial analysis, and feasibility studies for prospective deals.
- Portfolio Performance Tracking: Monitor existing portfolio assets, analyze investment returns, and evaluate risk exposure against benchmark targets.
- Executive Reporting & Memos: Prepare comprehensive investment memos, pitch decks, and analytical reports directly for the CEO and Investment Committee.
- Transaction & Advisory Execution: Support the execution of corporate finance transactions, asset structuring, and arrangement mandates alongside external advisors.
- Market Intelligence & Research: Perform macro-economic, industry-specific, and capital market research to identify emerging risks and regional investment trends.
- Stakeholder & Advisory Coordination: Act as the technical liaison between internal departments, legal counsels, and external partners during deal execution.
Key Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, investment research, and valuation within Asset Management or Corporate Finance.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting (CFA preferred).
- Specific Skills: Expertise in financial analysis, financial modeling, valuation, investment analysis, portfolio analysis, and capital markets.
- Languages: English fluency required.
- Location/Mobility: Based in or willing to relocate to Doha, Qatar (Open to candidates inside or outside Qatar).
- Work Logistics: 5 working days per week; immediate to 30-day availability preferred.
