Our client is a prominent, medium-sized Asset Management firm specializing in comprehensive investment strategies, including Real Estate, Equity Investments, Fixed Income, Alternatives, Wealth Management, and Arrangement & Advisory services. Positioned for key commercial expansion across the GCC and international markets, the firm is seeking a strategic and results-driven Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) / Head of Investor Relations & Sales to lead capital-raising initiatives, accelerate Assets Under Management (AUM) growth, and direct top-tier institutional investor relations. Key Responsibilities
- Capital Raising & AUM Growth: Drive aggressive fundraising efforts targeting institutional investors, family offices, and UHNWIs across the GCC and international markets.
- Strategic Business Development: Identify market opportunities, build long-term institutional partnerships, and expand the firm's commercial footprint.
- Product Commercialization: Lead go-to-market strategies for newly structured investment funds, private equity vehicles, and real estate offerings.
- Investor Relations Management: Direct high-level investor communications, reporting, and engagement strategies to maximize client retention.
- Fee Structure & Commercial Strategy: Align fee terms, distribution models, and commercial negotiations with board growth directives.
- Network & Brand Positioning: Leverage senior regional networks to establish the firm as a preferred wealth and asset management partner.
- Commercial Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and direct the Business Development and Investor Relations teams to achieve sales targets.
Key Qualifications
- Experience: 12–15+ years of senior executive experience in capital raising, private banking, or investor relations within regional Asset Management.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (relevant professional certifications preferred).
- Specific Skills: Expertise in fundraising, capital markets, investor relations, commercial strategy, and executive relationship management.
- Languages: English fluency required; Arabic fluency is a strong advantage.
- Location/Mobility: Based in or willing to relocate to Doha, Qatar.
