‣Responsibilities
•Define and lead the Group QHSE strategy across all manufacturing sites, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and operational priorities.
•Establish governance frameworks, policies, standards, and performance indicators for quality, occupational health, safety, and environmental management.
•Advise executive leadership on critical QHSE risks, regulatory exposure, business continuity, and long-term improvement priorities.
•Drive a proactive safety and quality culture through executive engagement, leadership accountability, workforce participation, and continuous improvement programs.
•Oversee enterprise-wide audits, incident investigations, risk assessments, management reviews, and corrective action programs across manufacturing operations.
•Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and other applicable manufacturing management systems.
•Develop and mentor QHSE leaders across the Group while strengthening cross-functional collaboration with operations, engineering, maintenance, supply chain, and senior management.
‣Qualifications
•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Quality Management, or a related discipline.
•15+ years of relevant post-degree experience in QHSE leadership within manufacturing, industrial, or multi-site operational environments.
•Proven experience in a senior QHSE Manager, Director, Head of QHSE, or equivalent group-level leadership position.
•Extensive knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, manufacturing quality systems, risk management, incident investigation, and regulatory compliance.
•Demonstrated success in developing enterprise-level QHSE strategies, influencing executive decisions, and leading organizational transformation.
•Strong capability in governance, performance analytics, crisis management, stakeholder engagement, and complex decision-making.
•Exceptional leadership, communication, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
