• Description:
  Our client is a prominent, large-scale Manufacturing Group operating out of Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Managing extensive production, supply chain, and commercial operations, the group is seeking an experienced, analytical In-House Legal Counsel to manage all legal affairs, safeguard corporate interests, ensure statutory compliance, and serve as the primary strategic liaison between executive leadership and external law firms while reporting directly to the Group CEO. (Note: Primary workstation is located at the industrial facility in Jeddah’s First Industrial City.) Key Responsibilities

  • External Counsel Liaison & Executive Representation: Act as the official liaison to external law firms, managing retainers and litigation/arbitration strategies; serve as a trusted advisor to the Group CEO on corporate transactions, joint ventures, and risk mitigation.
  • Commercial Contracts & Regulatory Compliance: Draft, review, and negotiate supply chain, procurement, distribution, and real estate agreements; guarantee group compliance with Saudi corporate, labor, environmental, and industrial regulations.
  • Governance & Policy: Establish internal governance protocols and continuously update corporate policies to align with evolving Saudi statutory frameworks.
  • Dispute Resolution & Risk Governance: Manage internal workplace investigations, labor disputes, and commercial claims in coordination with HR; oversee legal risk assessments across factory operations, logistics, and IP protection.

  Key Qualifications

  • Experience: 5 to 8 years of post-qualification legal experience, ideally combining top-tier law firm training with in-house exposure in a corporate or manufacturing setting.
  • Education & Credentials: Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) required; Master of Laws (LL.M.) or specialized legal postgraduate certifications (Corporate Law, Arbitration, Compliance) strongly preferred.
  • Specific Skills: Expertise in commercial contract drafting, corporate legal compliance, dispute management, manufacturing regulatory frameworks, and executive stakeholder liaison.
  • Languages: Professional fluency in both written and spoken English and Arabic is strictly required.
  • Location/Mobility: Based in Saudi Arabia (must reside in or be able to commute daily to Jeddah's First Industrial City).
  • Work Logistics: 6 working days per week; immediate to 30–60 days joining preference.
