Key Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale technology and digital transformation projects.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, milestones, and deliverables.
• Manage project scope, risks, issues, dependencies, changes, and resources.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Product, BA, Development, QA, DevOps, Integration, and Solution Architecture.
• Manage client, executive, vendor, and other key stakeholder communications.
• Prepare executive-level project status reports, dashboards, and steering committee presentations.
• Monitor project KPIs, progress, budget utilization, and delivery performance.
• Manage Change Requests (CRs), project documentation, approvals, and acceptance processes.
• Ensure compliance with project governance, quality standards, and contractual obligations.
• Facilitate project meetings and ensure actions and decisions are properly tracked and closed.
• Manage project handover, acceptance, closure, and lessons learned.
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum +5 years of project management experience, with at least 2 years in a Senior Project Manager role, preferably within technology or digital transformation projects
• Proven experience managing complex enterprise or government projects.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Strong experience in stakeholder, vendor, risk, budget, and resource management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and executive presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
• PMP certification is a must.
• PMI-ACP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or SAFe certification is an advantage.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, MS Project, or similar project management tools.
• Experience delivering government digital transformation projects is highly desirable.
