Our client is a leading Mega company in the field of Manufacturing FMCG. Operating at an expansive scale, the organization delivers high-volume consumer goods across regional markets and is seeking a seasoned financial executive to lead its financial operations and long-term capital strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Financial Planning: Define and execute the group-wide financial vision, long-range forecasts, and capital allocation frameworks aligned with overarching corporate objectives.
Cost Optimization & Manufacturing Finance: Direct manufacturing accounting, standard costing, Bill of Materials (BOM) analyses, plant yield assessments, and operational cost controls across all production facilities.
Cash Flow & Working Capital Management: Optimize liquidity, treasury strategies, supply chain financing, and working capital cycles to safeguard cash flow across high-volume distribution channels.
Governance, Compliance & Taxation: Oversee group financial reporting under IFRS and ensure full compliance with Saudi regulatory frameworks, including Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA), e-invoicing, and transfer pricing.
Budgeting & Performance Analysis (FP&A): Lead annual budgeting processes and deliver executive dashboards evaluating commercial profitability across product lines, SKUs, and distribution channels.
Risk Management & Internal Controls: Implement internal audit procedures, risk mitigation frameworks, and inventory control protocols to protect company assets and maintain audit readiness.
Executive Leadership & Team Development: Build, mentor, and lead high-performing finance, accounting, and commercial finance teams across business units to ensure cross-functional alignment.
Candidate Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional certifications (CPA or CMA) are strongly preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 15+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, with proven tenure in executive roles within the Manufacturing FMCG sector (strong preference for Water, Juice, or Dairy verticals).
Languages: Native/fluent Arabic speaker (mandatory) and fluent in English.
Leadership Skills: Exceptional strategic vision, commercial acumen, board-level communication, and stakeholder management skills.
