• Description:
  Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership & Launch: Lead the setup, flagship launch, and full store-network expansion of the multibrand consumer electronics and home appliances business model.
  • P&L Ownership: Take full financial accountability for the retail division, managing profit and loss, operating expenses, gross margins, and driving overall commercial profitability.
  • Merchandising & Vendor Relations: Oversee category management, product pricing, promotional strategies, and strategic vendor negotiations to optimize stock turn and margins.
  • Operational Excellence & SOPs: Establish robust retail SOPs, workforce productivity guidelines, inventory management systems, and omnichannel (physical store + e-commerce) integrations.
  • Commercial Performance Management: Monitor commercial KPIs, build performance dashboards, and manage operational budgets directly under the guidance of the CEO.
  • Store Execution & Layout: Direct visual merchandising, customer journey design, store layout optimization, and high-standard retail execution across all locations.
  • Team Recruitment & Development: Build, train, and mentor a high-performing retail operations team capable of executing rapid growth.

  Candidate Qualifications & Exerpince:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, Commerce, or a related field.
  • MBA is preferred, but should not be mandatory if the candidate has strong retail leadership experience.
  • Professional certifications in Retail Management, Commercial Management.
  • Experience: Minimum 10+ years of total retail experience with 5–7 years in a senior corporate leadership role.
  • Industry Background: Deep background in consumer electronics, home appliances, telecom, or large-format multi brand specialty retail.
  • Key Track Record: Proven experience building or launching a brand/store network from scratch rather than solely managing existing operations.
