►Responsibilities
•Develop and present innovative architecture and interior design concepts for residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.
•Produce detailed architectural drawings, interior layouts, 3D models, and visualizations from concept through execution.
•Coordinate design and site activities among clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders.
•Oversee site execution, conduct regular site visits, and ensure works are delivered in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and design intent.
•Manage project schedules, budgets, material selections, procurement requirements, and supplier follow-ups to support timely project delivery.
•Review technical details, shop drawings, material samples, and contractor submissions while resolving design and site-related issues.
•Maintain clear communication with clients and project teams, providing design presentations, progress updates, and practical solutions throughout the project lifecycle.
►Qualifications
•Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a closely related discipline.
•Minimum 5 years of professional experience in architecture and interior design, with demonstrated involvement in project execution.
•Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D modeling, and architectural/interior design visualization software.
•Solid understanding of construction methods, materials, finishes, detailing, procurement processes, and site coordination.
•Experience in site supervision, contractor coordination, supplier follow-up, and managing design implementation is highly preferred.
•Strong organizational, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
•Strong portfolio demonstrating completed architecture and interior design projects, including technical drawings, visualizations, and executed works.
