  Key Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day technical operations across the development team and multiple concurrent projects.
  • Translate business and customer requirements into clear, actionable technical requirements and specifications.
  • Own and manage Jira boards across multiple projects: backlog grooming, sprint planning, ticket breakdown, and progress tracking.
  • Track team progress and produce regular status reporting for leadership.
  • Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and supervision to the development team, including design and code reviews.
  • Lead technical discussions within the team and help resolve design and implementation questions.
  • Represent Companyin customer-facing technical meetings, including requirements sessions, architecture reviews, and security or compliance discussions.
  • Prepare architecture diagrams, technical solution documents, and presentations for both internal and customer audiences.
  • Support proposal and pre-sales work with technical input, estimates, and solution design.
  • Define and help enforce engineering standards and best practices across projects.

  Requirements

  • 7+ years of hands-on software development experience, including experience leading or mentoring a development team.
  • Strong experience with our core stack: .NET on the backend, React on the frontend, and Flutter for mobile.
  • Solid understanding of infrastructure: comfortable working across both on-premise and cloud deployment environments.
  • Strong grasp of integration patterns: designing and reasoning about how systems, services, and APIs connect.
  • Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and engineering standards.
  • Experience managing project work in Jira (or a similar tool) across multiple concurrent projects.
  • Excellent command of both Arabic and English, spoken and written, including technical writing and customer communication.
  • Confident, polished communicator who is comfortable presenting to and engaging directly with customers, including enterprise and government stakeholders.
  • Ability to produce clear architecture diagrams and solution documentation.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

  Nice to Have

  • Experience with DevOps practices: CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and deployment automation.
  • Prior experience delivering software to government or large enterprise clients under formal RFP or tender processes.
