  • Description:
    Our client is a leading company in home appliances, consumer electronics, and digital technology solutions in Jordan.,, seeking an experienced and strategic HR Manager to lead and manage the Human Resources function and support the organization’s current and future business objectives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing HR operations, workforce planning, recruitment, performance management, training and development, succession planning, employee relations, and compliance with Jordanian labor laws and regulations.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement strategic and operational HR plans in alignment with business objectives.
    • Lead workforce planning, recruitment, selection, and hiring activities.
    • Develop and review HR policies, procedures, organizational structures, and job descriptions.
    • Lead performance management processes and link results to development, promotions, improvement plans, and rewards.
    • Oversee training and development plans based on business needs and performance results.
    • Lead succession planning for critical positions and monitor employee readiness and development.
    • Manage employee relations, investigations, disciplinary actions, and sensitive employee cases.
    • Ensure compliance with Jordanian Labor Law, Social Security, Income Tax, and relevant regulations.
    • Oversee attendance, leave, payroll, benefits, insurance, and employment contracts in coordination with relevant departments.
    • Review HR reports and analyze key HR indicators, including turnover, absenteeism, recruitment, training, performance, and employee engagement.
    • Lead and supervise the HR team and ensure effective and timely delivery of HR services.
    • Ensure the accuracy of employee data and effective utilization of the Kayan HR System for reporting, monitoring, and decision-making.
    • Provide HR advice and recommendations to senior management and department heads.
    • Support organizational change and continuous improvement initiatives.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Master’s degree or professional HR certification is preferred.
    • 8–10 years of HR experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial HR position.
    • Strong knowledge of Jordanian Labor Law and Social Security regulations.
    • Proven experience in performance management, employee relations, recruitment, training and development, and succession planning.
    • Strong leadership, communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
    • Experience working with HR systems;
    • Strong analytical and reporting skills with advanced Excel knowledge.
    • High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
