➜Responsibilities
•Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing and procurement for high-value CAPEX and OPEX requirements supporting large-scale remote infrastructure and construction programs.
•Direct technical evaluation, commercial negotiation, and acquisition of power generation, ATS, off-grid renewable energy, backup power, and related critical infrastructure systems.
•Oversee procurement and delivery of specialized heavy fleet, field mobility assets, deployment equipment, and machinery designed for rugged and remote operating environments.
•Lead sourcing of mission-critical satellite communications, tactical radio, telecom, OT, surveillance, security, and environmental sensing systems.
•Manage contractual frameworks and supply chains for turnkey remote camps, modular facilities, life-support utilities, catering, field logistics, and associated operational services.
•Establish strategic supplier qualification, performance governance, risk management, and local content development frameworks aligned with applicable KSA localization programs.
•Partner with executive leadership, engineering, project delivery, and site teams to align procurement strategies with construction schedules, resolve supply-chain constraints, and mitigate commercial and operational risks.
➜Qualifications
•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline; Engineering degree preferred.
•Minimum 20 years of progressive experience in technical procurement, strategic sourcing, and supply chain management within complex infrastructure, construction, utilities, telecommunications, or remote-site projects.
•Demonstrated expertise procuring across multiple technical categories, including mobility assets, off-grid power systems, telecommunications and OT infrastructure, and remote-site life-support solutions.
•Strong industry background with major technical integrators, EPC contractors, utilities, telecom providers, industrial technology companies, or equivalent Tier-1 organizations operating in Saudi Arabia.
•Proven leadership in complex CAPEX tendering, commercial negotiations, contract strategy, supplier governance, and executive-level procurement decision-making.
•Full professional proficiency in Arabic and English, with strong executive communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and cross-functional leadership capabilities.
•Currently residing in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia with active residency and appropriate transferable employment status.
