  Core Responsibilities :

  1. Strategic Planning & Reporting: Direct corporate financial planning, annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and board-level management reporting.
  2. Operational Accounting & Cash Management: Oversee daily accounting workflows, liquidity, working capital cycles, and enterprise-wide cost control.
  3. Retail Unit Economics & Margin Optimization: Drive detailed COGS analysis, branch-level P&L profitability, and pricing frameworks across multi-branch and wholesale operations.
  4. Supply Chain & Inventory Valuation: Manage supplier payment cycles, inventory accounting (including commodities, green beans, and packaging materials), and periodic stock reconciliation audits.
  5. Statutory Compliance & External Relations: Maintain strict adherence to Jordanian tax codes, labor laws, and IFRS standards while serving as primary liaison for banks, external auditors, and tax advisors.
  6. Closing & Financial Integrity: Supervise month-end/year-end closing procedures and ensure the delivery of compliant, audited financial statements.
  7. Departmental Leadership & Performance: Establish operational KPIs across retail units while structuring, mentoring, and leading the finance and accounting team.

  Key Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline (CPA, CMA, or MBA strongly preferred).
  • Experience: 15+ years of progressive finance experience, including substantial leadership exposure within Retail, FMCG, or F&B multi-branch environments.
  • Technical Acumen: Advanced financial modeling, cost accounting depth, and ERP proficiency (SAP Business One preferred).
  • Languages: Full professional proficiency in Arabic and English.
