  ➜About the Role
  •We are looking for an experienced Lead Design Architect to set the design direction for large-scale architecture, interiors, and master planning projects. You will lead multidisciplinary teams from concept through detailed design and present the design vision to clients and senior stakeholders.
  ➜Key Responsibilities
  •Define the design strategy and architectural vision for each project, from concept to execution.
  •Lead design teams through the concept, schematic, and design development phases, ensuring quality, consistency, and on-time delivery.
  •Coordinate architecture, interiors, engineering, and external consultants to deliver a cohesive outcome.
  •Integrate commercial, regulatory, and technical requirements into design solutions.
  •Present design intent and lead design reviews with clients, executive stakeholders, and authorities.
  •Manage multiple high-value projects within timeline and budget.
  •Mentor junior and mid-level architects, and set design standards and best practices.
  •Support business development through design presentations and proposals.
  ➜Requirements
  •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
  •15+ Years of experience.
  •Professional architect registration or licensure.
  •Proven experience leading large-scale real estate or master planning projects.
  •Experience in KSA or GCC markets and their regulatory environments is preferred.
  •Proficiency in Revit, Rhino, or ArchiCAD, along with strong presentation skills.
  •Knowledge of sustainable design and green building standards.
