• Description:

  Key Responsibilities:

  • Wireless & IoT Connectivity: Design, plan, and deploy low-power wide-area networks (principally LoRaWAN—ChirpStack/TTS), as well as NB-IoT, LTE-M, 5G RedCap, Wi-Fi HaLow, BLE, Thread, and Satellite NTN.
  • Sensors & Edge Tracking: Specify, test, and commission sensors, gateways, and tracking systems for asset management, telematics, environmental monitoring, cold chain, and indoor positioning (BLE, UWB, GNSS).
  • Video Analytics & Computer Vision: Deploy and tune edge video analytics on live sites, managing ONVIF/RTSP streams, edge inference hardware, detection rules, and false-alarm reduction.
  • Data Layer & Integration: Own payload decoders, MQTT topic design, time-series storage, REST/JSON APIs, Node-RED/Grafana dashboards, and Python automation. Ensure seamless integration into enterprise ERPs and business systems.
  • Device Estate Lifecycle: Manage OTA firmware updates, device identity, PKI/certificates, power/battery optimization, network segmentation, and cellular/eSIM management.
  • Client Engagement & BD Support: Lead customer pilots, technical PoCs, and live demos. Draft technical architectures, Bills of Materials (BOM), cost estimates, and tender proposals.

  What We Are Looking For

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Computer, Mechatronics, or Telecom Engineering, CS, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 8–10+ years in technical solution delivery, with 3+ years delivering IoT projects in live production environments.
  • Core Tech Stack:
    • IoT & Protocols: LoRaWAN, Cellular IoT, MQTT, Modbus, BACnet, OPC UA, BLE, UWB, GNSS.
    • Data & Cloud/Edge: Python, JSON, REST APIs, Linux, Docker, Grafana, Node-RED, time-series databases.
    • Video Analytics: Live edge inference, camera stream integration (ONVIF/RTSP), model/rule tuning.
  • Languages: Business fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
  • Other Requirements: Valid driving license, readiness for field visits and on-site commissioning, and strong capabilities in presenting to both technical teams and executive clients.
