  Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Vision & Strategy: Define and execute the multi-year product roadmap, portfolio strategy, and go-to-market execution aligned with company revenue and differentiation goals.
  • Full-Lifecycle Product Leadership: Oversee product discovery, concept definition, UX/UI, agile development, and commercial launch across digital platforms and SaaS solutions.
  • Commercial Growth & Monetization: Align product offerings with customer acquisition, retention, and pricing strategies; leverage product-led growth (PLG) to unlock new revenue streams.
  • Cross-Functional Synergy: Partner closely with Engineering, CTO, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure seamless execution, continuous iteration, and high product adoption.
  • Data & Tech Innovation: Utilize data analytics, customer feedback loops, and emerging technology (AI, cloud, APIs) to continually elevate usability, performance, and ROI.
  • Team & Organizational Scaling: Build, mentor, and empower high-performing product management teams while fostering an agile, customer-centric culture.

  Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Experience: 15+ years of digital platform/software leadership, including executive experience as CPO, VP of Product, or Head of Product.
  • Domain Expertise: Proven track record scaling platforms in EdTech (LMS, e-learning), FinTech (payments, digital banking), or IT Services / Enterprise SaaS.
  • Product Mastery: Deep understanding of agile/scrum methodologies, UX/UI design principles, API integrations, product analytics, and modern cloud ecosystems.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field (MBA or Master’s preferred).
  • Languages: Full professional command of English; Arabic proficiency is a strong advantage for regional operations.

  • Pragmatic Institute Product Management / CSPO / PSPO
