• Description:
  Our client is a leading medium to large company in the field of hospitals and healthcare services located in the Western Region, Saudi Arabia. We are seeking a seasoned, strategic Finance Manager reporting directly to the General Manager to direct all hospital financial operations, strengthen internal controls, and drive long-term fiscal sustainability.

  1. Financial Governance & Compliance: Lead hospital accounting operations, month-end/year-end closures, and ensure adherence to SOCPA, IFRS, ZATCA (e-invoicing/VAT), and Saudi healthcare regulations.
  2. Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM): Oversee patient billing, cash collections, and medical insurance claims processing to accelerate cash flow and minimize claim rejections/disallowances.
  3. Budgeting & Departmental Forecasting: Formulate the hospital’s annual operational (OPEX) and capital (CAPEX) budgets in close collaboration with clinical department heads and executive management.
  4. Cost Accounting & Margin Control: Monitor hospital unit costs (bed occupancy, clinical procedures, pharmacy inventory, consumables) to identify cost drivers and protect departmental operating margins.
  5. Cash Flow & Working Capital Management: Steer treasury functions, liquid assets, supplier credit cycles, capital allocations, and working capital to ensure liquidity for day-to-day healthcare operations.
  6. Financial Reporting & Management Insights: Prepare comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, KPI scorecards, and board-level management presentations for the General Manager.
  7. Audit & Internal Controls: Direct internal financial controls, manage external and statutory audit engagements, and mitigate financial and operational risks across all clinical and administrative units.

  Candidate Requirements

  • Education: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting (BA Accounting). Professional certification (SOCPA, CPA, CMA, or ACCA) is an advantage.
  • Experience: Minimum 12 years of total accounting/finance experience, with proven track record serving directly as a Finance Manager in a hospital/healthcare setting.
  • Age Preference: Up to 45 years preferred.
  • Languages: Professional working proficiency in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
  • Residency: Must currently reside inside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia with transferable status / immediate availability.
