  Our client is seeking a dynamic, sophisticated, and results-driven Store Manager to lead a premium fashion retail store and deliver an exceptional customer experience. Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Fashion, or a related field.
  • Preferred Age Range: 25–36 years.
  • Previous experience in retail management, preferably within fashion, premium, or luxury retail.
  • Strong understanding of fashion trends and customer expectations.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive business performance.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
  • Strong commercial awareness, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Digitally savvy, with knowledge of retail technologies and omnichannel platforms.
  • Professional appearance, confidence, and a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to maintain high standards of store operations and visual merchandising.
