• Description:
  1 Year Contract For immidiated hiring. To oversee the development of the Project's concept and master planning process being carried out by the Project's consultants to ensure alignment with the Project's vision and feasibility.
  Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the design of the project’s masterplan.
  • Provide input to the design of the masterplan to ensure the project vision is met.
  • Assess developers’ site plans and ensure the adherence to the masterplan during the development and construction phase
  • Participate in activities related to the project design process (i.e. selection of the consultancy firm/agency, evaluation of designs and layouts options, etc.).
  Required Skills and Experience:
  • Masters degree in urban planning or similar discipline
  • +10 years of experience in master plan development in a similar organization
  • High degree of flexibility and organization skills to accommodate a fast-paced, deadline-driven, and service-oriented environment
  • Experience in managing teams and external stakeholders
  • Proficient in English.
