  Create and execute a communication plan ensuring that all internal project participants are well-informed
  d) Stakeholder communication
  Stakeholder analysis and periodic communication to relevant stakeholders on progress of project

  Monitor and report program and project progress

  Identify, manage and avert risks to the project
  g) Change management
  Facilitate the long-term change of the users of the new system with the goal of them accepting the new processes and system

  Set-up, manage and monitor usage of central knowledge database for entire program
