  Central kitchen chef for catering company with 10+ years of experience in first class hotels/restaurants with good organizational skills and good interpersonal communication skills.
  
  To manage all kitchen tean and upkeep the central kitchen components and assure efficient operation.
  To assure adherence for all kitchen operation to be in accordnace to the company standard operating procedure.
  2 to 3 years experience in cnetral kitchen is a plus.
  Well acquainted for enforcing all hygein, health, safety rules and regulations in accordance with HCAPP and ISO 22000 standars.
  Good expericne in quality assurance .
  Good cost control experience and menu engineering
  Ensure all time lines are met and avoid any delay
