  The Contract Director will be accountable for contract development, administration, tracking, and analysis, as well as communication of Service Provider’s performance and contract compliance. He will responsiblefor allperiodic meetings with sub contractors, section heads,manager within the Section to ensure that priorities are clear and the workflow is running smoothly. He will review solicitations and prepares responses for proposals, bids and contract modifications. He must supports contract compliance requirements, including reporting and data management and administrative changes. He must review & verify payments and ensure compliance with contractual terms. Organize, maintain and electronically track all contracts and related documents. Knowledge in FEDIC is a must. Excellent Command of Microsoft Office Programs. Good computer skills, Good command of English and communication Skills. TRANSFERABLE IQAMA IS AN ADDED PLUS.
