  TRANSFERABLE IQAMA IS AN ADDED VALUE. OIL AND GAS EXPERIENECE IS A MUST The Candidate must have: Experience of managing the commercial and financial aspects of a project. Analytical thinker with strong communication skills and able to prioritize, negotiate and influence. 15+ years project management experience particularly in large scale Oil and Gas projects. PMI / PMP certification an asset. The Candidate must: Manage the overall success criteria for the delivery of projects, including time, cost, technical and performance parameters. Establish effective project governance, processes and systems to be utilized throughout project. Engage; monitor external consultants. Manage RFP and tenders. Lead and facilitate the project team Effectively manage risk and change control for projects. Manage the flow of project information between the team and the client.
