  Over 15 years with GCC or International experience over 5 years would be preferred.Extensive hands-on experience as a Project HSE Manager to review, formulate & implement the appropriate HSE Strategies for oil and gas. Experienced in minimum of 2 major Projects at the capacity of Project HSE Manager or similar Position with Sound Knowledge of planning, Formulation & Implementation of HSE Policies. Strong written and oral communication skills a must. Experience in development of sports facilities and precincts is an added advantage. On site experience in supervising construction activities with a large workforce. Degree in Engineering - Civil/Mechanical/Electrical /Occupational Safety & Health or any related field in reputed University with Sound Academic Merits. Formal high level Diploma in Health & Safety Management and Accreditations (NEBOSH Diploma) is and added plus.(OSHA/IOSH) would also be a plus. Having the competency certification (e.g. Lead Auditor OHSAS 18001),Chartered Member Institute of Risk & Safety management – CMIOSH would also be a plus.
